If Travis AFB decides to pursue this acquistion, a solicitation shall be posted to official request quotes.</strong></p> <p>Travis AFB is in search of an internet provider that is capable of meeting the requirements stated below. If your company is interested and capable of providing the service described below please send an email to the POCs listed below, providing the company name, point of contact, Socio-Economic categories your company qualifies under, and describe your companies capability to meet the below requirements.</p> <p></p> <p><strong><u>Description of Service:</u></strong></p> <p>The contractor shall perform the following tasks:</p> <p>Installation: Unload, uncrate, inspect, and properly install all specified networking equipment (routers, switches, wireless access points, etc.) to provide service as outlined in the technical requirements. Any damaged material or equipment will not be accepted and shall be replaced by the contractor at no expense to the government.</p> <p>Network Activation: Ensure a fully functional high-speed internet network meeting all technical specifications is operational by the agreed-upon Go-Live Date.</p> <p>Support &amp; Maintenance: Provide ongoing 24/7 technical support for all residents and perform routine maintenance to ensure network stability and performance.</p> <p>Security: Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect the network and its users from unauthorized access and cyber threats.</p> <p><strong><u>Requirement Specification</u></strong></p> <p>Coverage: Highspeed internet access in all 1212 dormitory rooms and associated common areas within the 17 designated buildings.</p> <p>Download Speed: A minimum of 100 Mbps per room.</p> <p>Upload Speed: A minimum of 20 Mbps per room.</p> <p>Network Type: A fiber-optic backbone is mandatory to ensure reliability and speed.</p> <p>Equipment: All necessary networking equipment, including but not limited to commercial-grade routers, switches, and wireless access points capable of supporting the specified speeds and user density.</p> Solicitation Number: FA442726QZ040 Type: Sources Sought Base Type: Sources Sought NAICS: 517111 Classification Code: DG10 Response Deadline: 2026-05-12T11:00:00-07:00 Office Address: TRAVIS AFB, CA Place of Performance: LINDA, California, 94535 POC: Brandon Spratt, brandon.spratt.2@us.af.mil, 7074247743
