The Great Plains Area Indian Health Service (IHS) intends to award a Labor Hour Type Contract, Non-<br /> Personal Medical Service, Purchase Order with a Base Period and eight (8) Option Periods in response to<br /> Request for Quote (RFQ) 75H70626Q00076.<br /> Due to Service Unit funding constraints, the Government will obligate funds in three-month increments<br /> only. Accordingly, this contract includes a base period and quarterly option periods. Exercise of any option<br /> is subject to the availability of funds and continued Government need.<br /> This solicitation incorporates Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 2026‑01, effective March 13, 2026) and<br /> Health &amp; Human Services Acquisition Regulation (HHSAR) provisions and clauses in effect at the time of<br /> issuance.<br /> B. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and<br /> clauses by reference. This RFQ is issued as 100% Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) Set-Aside, and the<br /> associated NAICS Code is #561320, which has a small business standard size $34.0.
