The Embassy of the United States in Windhoek will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available.&nbsp;</p> <p>The U.S. Embassy Windhoek hereby provides the following Pre-solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for:<br /> Provision of Gardening Services. This is a contract for landscaping / gardening services for the U.S. Embassy Windhoek, Namibia. The contract contains certain ordering provisions by which the Contracting Officer or his/her representative may require additional amounts of service for special events.&nbsp; The Contractor shall furnish managerial, administrative and direct labor personnel to accomplish all work required by this contract.&nbsp;</p> <p>All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.</p> <p>The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.&nbsp;</p> <p>The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation.&nbsp;</p> <p>Electronic Submission/Responses:</p> <p>This opportunity allows for electronic responses.
