<p><strong><u>Description</u> - </strong>Springfield Refrigerated Unit Power,&nbsp;Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest, Springerville Ranger District</p> <p>This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.&nbsp; This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.&nbsp; Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.&nbsp;</p> <p>Solicitation number 127EAX26Q0039 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to provide power to a 40&rsquo; refrigerated container in Springerville, AZ. Work includes trenching and backfill of approximately 300&rsquo; from a 3-phase power source to the refrigerated container&rsquo;s location, wiring, electrical hookup, and all electrical components to provide functioning power to the unit. The refrigerated unit is located on the Springerville Ranger District in Springerville.&nbsp; &nbsp;</p> <p>This acquisition&nbsp; is set-aside for small business concerns.&nbsp; The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 237130&nbsp; The small business size standard is 45.M &nbsp;This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.&nbsp; All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.&nbsp;</p> <p>All questions are due no later than Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at 12:00 MST.</p> <p>A organized site visit will be held on May 13, 2026 at 10:00 AM MST.
