Tämä tarjousasiakirjojen mukainen rakennusurakka sisältää kaksi erityyppistä työkohdetta, jotka on nimetty: UR 68 hätävaroaltaan puhdistus sijoittuu jätekeskusalueen itäosaan. Hätävaroallas tyhjen-netään vedestä ja pohjalietteestä noin 2300 m2 alueelta. UR 69 pinnan uudelleenmuotoilu sijoittuu jätekeskusalueen itäosaan, jätetäyttöalueen I kaakkoisosaan. Jätetäyttöalueelle I toteutetaan noin 4 600 m2 suuruiselle alueelle pintaraken-teen päälle täyttö- ja muotoilutyöt. Rakennusurakkaan kuuluvat työkohteet sijaitsevat Lohjan jätekeskuksen alueella (osoite Munkkaanmäki 51 LOHJA) noin 6,5 km etäisyydellä Lohjan keskustasta kaakkoon. Liikennöinti jätekeskukselle tapahtuu tieltä nro 116.
