The Project includes coordination with key municipal/third-party interfaces and constraints, which may include major tie-in locations, a railway corridor interface/crossing, and potential future district energy infrastructure considerations, as applicable. Detailed limits, technical requirements, tie-in configurations, third-party coordination requirements, permitting responsibilities, sequencing constraints, and stage-specific substantial completion criteria will be provided in the ITB documents, including issued for tender drawings, specifications, and supporting reports.
