Please refer to the revised LOI-AMD002 for further details. -------------------------------------------- Amendment No. 1 (AMD001) to this Letter of Interest (LOI) No. 5000084619 is raised to extend the LOI closing date from 11:00 a.m. (EDT) on May 13, 2026 to 11:00 a.m. (EDT) on May 22, 2026 to allow interested respondents sufficient time to respond to the new Question 3 (Q3) concerning the estimated budget. Please refer to the revised LOI-AMD001 for further details. -------------------------------------------- Background of this Letter of Interest (LOI) The purpose of this LOI is to obtain information prior to finalizing the procurement strategy for the subject project which is being undertaken the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC). The CNSC is Canada’s nuclear regulator and operates a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year (24/7/365) emergency line, used to report nuclear related events. All calls to the CNSC emergency line are forwarded to a Contractor’s call centre. The CNSC’s requires the services of a Contractor to provide inbound call centre services for the CNSC Emergency line with full 24/7/365 availability. Further details of the project and requirements are outlined in “Annex A – Statement of Work” to this LOI. Purpose of this LOI Due to the specific security requirements, the CNSC is seeking information regarding: • The availability of existing organizations of meeting the CNSC’s needs. Estimated duration of the contract to 5 years of services. Nature of this LOI This LOI is issued solely to assess market capacity and industry interest regarding the services described in Annex A – Statement of Work (SOW). It is not a solicitation of offers and must not be construed as a commitment by CNSC to issue a future solicitation or award a contract. Please refer to the letter of interest and its annexes for further details.
