Tender summary

Purpose of Procurement Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide GCSU Charter Bus Services to the Georgia College & State University as further described in this eRFP. GCSU is seeking a primary charter bus service with an option to award to a secondary charter service to provide charter bus services for athletic programs. This will be an open agency contract with one initial year and the option to renew for (4) one year tems. A schedule of athletic activities bus trips will be provided and are subject to change due to cancellations, additions, etc. In addition, GCSU would like to open the contract up to other departments within the university if they choose to utilize the same pricing and conditions.
