Description du besoin : Le présent appel d'offres a pour objectif de recruter 2 prestataires qualifiés pour assurer les accompagnements individuels des entreprises participantes au projet PACTE Industrie - Initiative Plasturgie Bas Carbone. Ces accompagnements devront être réalisés selon les standards de la méthode ACT Pas-à-pas développée par l'ADEME. Au-delà du respect méthodologique, l'objectif est de proposer un accompagnement adapté aux réalités des PME industrielles, intégrant une forte dimension pédagogique, une capacité d'adaptation sectorielle, et une vision stratégique de long terme. Le sous-traitant pourra également intervenir ponctuellement dans les ateliers collectifs animés par le CT-IPC, et contribuera à la capitalisation finale du projet.
