<p></p> <p>This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a construction requirement, being issued under the authority of FAR Part 14 - Sealed Bidding.&nbsp; It is being issued electronically at the Sam website https://sam.gov under the reference number FA6670-26-B-0003.</p> <p>Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station has a requirement for a Construction project, Repair MAU Access Platforms B907.</p> <p>Contractor to furnish all plant, labor, parts, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision required to complete the following construction project, RVKQ 25-0012, Repair MAU Access Platforms B907, to include the following:&nbsp; Repair two existing Make-Up Air Unit (MAU) platforms in hangar B907 to allow access for MAU maintenance.</p> <p>Work will be performed at&nbsp;the 914th Air Refueling Wing, Niagara Falls ARS,&nbsp;Niagara County, NY.&nbsp;</p> <p>Performance&nbsp;time is 45 calendar days.&nbsp;</p> <p>A single Firm Fixed-Price construction contract will be awarded.&nbsp;</p> <p>This solicitation is set-aside 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, concerns IAW FAR Subpart 19.106.&nbsp;</p> <p>The NAICS code is 236220 and the Small Business Size Standard is $45,000,000.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>Electronic bid submissions will not be accepted or returned.</p> <p>Bid, Payment and Performance Bonds will be required.</p> <p>Magnitude: Between $100,000 and $250,000.</p> <p>Liquidated damages will be identified in the solicitation and placed under the proposed contract.</p> <p>All applicable provisions and clauses will be included in the actual solicitation.</p> <p><strong>The Site&nbsp;Visit will be held on Wednesday 29 April 2026 at 9:30 a.m. &nbsp;</strong></p> <p>Meet at: 2720 Kirkbridge Dr, Bldg. 800, Rm 1027, Niagara Falls, NY 14304</p> <p><strong>Instructions to obtain base access can be found in Section L-002.</strong></p> <p>Attachment 4 MUST be e-mailed to Contracting Office by Monday 27 April 2026.</p> <p><strong>**PER FEDERAL GUIDELINES as of May 7, 2025, ALL personnel requesting access to the Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station must have one of the following to be allowed entry: Valid State Enhanced or Real ID, or Valid United States Passport**</strong></p> <p>Prime contractors, subcontractors and/or suppliers may attend the site visit.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Questions are due via e-mail by COB Monday 4 May 2026.&nbsp; </strong>Questions and Answers will be publicly posted as an attachment approx. 3 business days after questions due date, to the same notice id on SAM.gov as the solicitation.</p> <p>The complete solicitation will only be available electronically at https://sam.gov.&nbsp; No paper / hard copies will be provided.&nbsp; It is the contractor&#39;s responsibility for downloading the RFP documents and for monitoring the website for possible amendments, any changes or updates.&nbsp;</p> <p>Interested vendors may register their contact information at the Federal Business Opportunities website under this notice.
