<p>1.0&nbsp;This solicitation is intended for the purchase of work uniforms for the Fire Department at NSA Souda Bay. The<br /> requirement includes various uniform items such as trousers, shirts, belts, and caps, in varying colors and sizes.<br /> The contractor shall provide the specified clothing items in the schedule of supplies attached as a single,<br /> complete delivery. Please see the attached Performance Work Statement for the full specifications.</p> <p>1.1 This is a request for quotation (RFQ) for a one-time supply buy.</p> <p><br /> 1.2 Point of Contact: All communications, including questions and clarifications regarding this solicitation, must be directed in<br /> writing to the following points of contact<br /> Kelly N. Contreras, Contract Specialist, eric.d.contreras2.civ@us.navy.mil</p> <p><br /> 1.3 Offer submission: Quotes shall be submitted electronically via email to the POCs specified above.</p> <p><br /> 1.4 Offer Deadline: Quotes must be received no later than May 7th, 2026 at 0700 Eastern European Time</p> <p><br /> 1.5 Incurred Costs: The United States Government (USG) is not responsible for any costs incurred by the offeror in the<br /> preparation and submission of their proposal.</p> <p><br /> 2. Quote Format and Content</p> <p><br /> 2.1 Quotes shall be submitted using the attached Exhibit A - price matrix. Offerors must include unit price as well as total price<br /> for each clothing item.</p> <p><br /> 2.2 Quotes submitted by offerors must also include the following:<br /> (1) The solicitation number;<br /> (2) The time specified in the solicitation for receipt of offers;<br /> (3) The name, email address, mailing address, and telephone number of the offeror;<br /> (4) A technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the<br /> solicitation. This may include product literature, or other documents, if necessary;<br /> (5) Terms of any express warranty;<br /> (6) Price and any discount terms;<br /> (7) &quot;Remit to&quot; address, if different than mailing address;<br /> (8) A completed copy of the representations and certifications at Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.212-3 (see FAR<br /> 52.212-3(b) for those representations and certifications that the offeror shall complete electronically);<br /> (9) A completed copy of FAR Clause 52.222-18 Certification Regarding Knowledge of Child Labor for Listed End Products<br /> (See below additional Reference FAR 52.222-18 included by full text).<br /> (10) Acknowledgment of Solicitation Amendments;<br /> (11) Past performance information, when included as an evaluation factor, to include recent and relevant contracts for the same<br /> or similar items and other references (including contract numbers, points of contact with telephone numbers and other relevant<br /> information); and<br /> (12) Include a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the solicitation.<br /> Offers that fail to furnish required representations or information, or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be<br /> excluded from consideration.</p> <p>3. Evaluation Factors<br /> See FAR 52.212-2</p> <p>4. Terms and Conditions<br /> By submitting a proposal, the offeror agrees to all terms and conditions of this solicitation. The USG reserves the right to cancel<br /> this solicitation or to reject any proposals received.</p> <p>5. Questions and Amendments</p> <p>5.1 Offerors may submit written questions concerning this solicitation to the points of contact listed in section 1.2. All questions<br /> and answers will be posted as an amendment to this solicitation.</p> <p>5.2 The USG may amend this solicitation at any time. All amendments will be posted to SAM.gov.
