<p>USDA-APHIS-Wildlife Services needs construction of a new kennel building per the final design documents developed by the A&amp;E firm Cushing Terrell.&nbsp; The structure will be a pre-engineered metal building of approximately 3,400SF, containing four sections: kennel areas A &amp; B, mud room and mechanical room.&nbsp; The Predator Research Facility&rsquo;s mission is to generate and disseminate ecological information related to carnivore management, particularly aimed at reducing conflicts with livestock, humans, and native prey species.</p> <p>Solicitation and construction documents are posted below.</p> <p>NOTE: SEND ALL QUERIES, TECHNICAL AND OTHERWISE, TO THE POC NAMED BELOW.</p> <p>A geotech report is posted below.</p> <p>RFIs:&nbsp;</p> <ol> <li><strong>Roof Metal Panel</strong><br /> Sheet No. A110 identifies the roof panel type as PBU; however, Specification Section 074113.16 calls for a standing seam roof panel.
