Your RSVP email must be received by noon on Wednesday, March 4, 2026. In your RSVP, please let us know if all personnel that will be attending the Initial Site Visit have base access.&nbsp;<u>If anyone requires base access, you must forward with your RSVP, the Entry Access List (EAL) so that we can know how many personnel require base access.</u></p> <p>After receipt of your RSVP and EAL if required, Initial Site Visit is set for Thursday, March 5 at 1300 (1:00 pm) CST on Tinker AFB, B3001.&nbsp;Meeting location will be at B3001 in the lobby of the administration entrance.
