Please return signed SF30 as part of your package.&nbsp;</p> <p>The purpose of this solicitation is to pump solid and liquid waste from toilet vaults. Add 100 gallons of water to the vault after removal of waste. Transfer waste to a disposal facility in accordance with State and Federal regulations.
