The Texas General Land Office (“GLO”) and the TexasVeterans Land Board (“VLB”) (collectively the “GLO/VLB”) is seeking proposalsfrom qualified data analytics service providers to assist in the developmentand execution of targeted social media campaigns. The purpose of thissolicitation is to leverage data-driven insights and advanced analyticstechniques to optimize marketing campaigns in order to increase the awarenessof VLB benefits to Veterans with the aims of increasing i) the number of land,home, and home improvement loans; ii) applications to the State Veterans Homesand Cemeteries; and iii) awareness of the VLB among military members andVeterans in Texas.
