Tender summary
The State Office of Risk Management (SORM) is administratively attached to the Office of the Attorney General (OAG) and is governed by a five-member Board of Directors. SORM is charged by law to operate as a full-service enterprise risk and insurance manager for state agencies, including the enterprise risk and insurance management programs, the continuity of government operations program, and the self-insured State employees’ workers’ compensation program. Its mission is to enable State of Texas agencies to protect their employees, the general public, and the State’s physical and financial assets by reducing and controlling risk in the most efficient and cost-effective manner. The OAG is issuing this Proposal (RFP) on behalf of SORM to solicit services of a single or multiple Contractor(s) to perform internal auditing services.
