GENERAL INFORMATION: The TexasState University System (Owner) on behalf of Sul Ross State University (Institution) , is solicitingStatements of Qualifications (Qualifications) and Pricing and Delivery Proposals(Proposals) for the selection of a Construction Manager-at-Risk firm for the Multi-Purpose Building One ( Project), on the new SulRoss State University, Eagle Pass , Texas campus. This solicitation sets forth the terms, conditions, and requirements for prospective ConstructionManager-at-Risk entities (CMR or CMRs) to be considered for this work. (Prospective CMRs submitting their Qualificationsand Proposals in response to this solicitation are hereinafter referred to as Respondents). The Owner is requiring that the Qualifications,Proposals and VetHUB Commitment Letter (HCL) be submitted at the same time,but in separate, sealed packages.
