Tender summary
The University of Houston is seeking interested firms to provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary and reasonably inferable to 2200sf interior renovation of an existing recital hall to upgrade finishes, lighting, AV systems, and building infrastructure within an occupied campus environment in accordance with the drawings and specifications prepared by HOK, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein as EXHIBIT A. A MANDATORY pre-proposal conference and site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, April 29, 2026 at 11 AM CT at Fine Arts Building, 4188 Elgin St, Houston, TX 77004, Room 106. Following the pre-proposal meeting, there will be a classroom site visit/walk through. Link: Fine Arts Building - Google Maps Failure to attend the mandatory pre-proposal conference will result in disqualification. University of Houston bid openings will be reviewed and completed solely through the JAGGAER Sourcing Event Portal.
