Tender summary
The City of Atlanta, on behalf of the Department of City Planning (DCP), will soon begin a multi-step procurement process that includes an initial prequalification phase followed by a Request for Proposal (RFP). The City seeks a consultant to prepare an implementation-ready Livable Centers Initiative (LCI) Study for the Ashby MARTA Station area. This study will build on previous work to improve transportation safety, multimodal access, equitable mobility, and the public realm, supporting the broader vision for a safe, connected, and active MARTA station. During the prequalification phase, interested vendors must submit documentation demonstrating their firm¿s experience, technical capability, ability to meet schedules, management capacity, and past performance on similar contracts. Vendors who can deliver a community-supported Action Plan¿including capital priorities, urban design concepts, safety enhancements, and multimodal improvements¿are encouraged to participate in this upcoming solicitation. A Pre-Solicitation Conference will be announced to share additional details and answer questions. We look forward to your participation.
