INVITATION TO BID MACON WATER AUTHORITY MACON, GEORGIA Sealed Bids for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment and appurtenances necessary for the installation of Allen Road 30¿ Sanitary Sewer Extension (the ¿Project¿) will be received by the Macon Water Authority (the ¿Owner¿), at the Macon Water Authority, 537 Hemlock Street, Engineering Training Room, Macon, Georgia 31201 until 2:00 P. M., local time, Tuesday, May 26, 2026, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. All bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the Macon Water Authority, 537 Hemlock Street, Engineering Training Room, Macon, Georgia 31201 at 10:00 A.M. on _Tuesday, May 12, 2026. All bid questions must be submitted to the Owner by 10:00 A.M. on _Monday, May 18, 2026. The Bidder should attend the pre-bid meeting in its entirety. The Project consists of installing approximately 5090 LF of 30¿ SDR 26 PVC Sanitary Sewer, 1860 LF of 24¿ SDR 26 PVC Sanitary Sewer and 3260 LF of 12¿ SDR 26 PVC by Open Trench and Jack and Bore. Pipe material to be furnished by the Macon Water Authority. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities and technicalities.
