Tender summary

The City of Atlanta, on behalf of the Department of Aviation, will shortly undergo a Multi-Step Sealed Bid process comprised of a prequalification phase as the initial step, followed by an Invitation for Bid (IFB) towards the procurement of qualified contractors to provide comprehensive Operations, Maintenance (O&M), and Janitorial Services for the Aviation Administration Center (AAC) at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Interested vendors during the prequalification phase will be evaluated on their demonstrated experience providing facility operations and maintenance services in complex, high-traffic environments. The City¿s expectation is that the selected contractor will deliver timely, compliant, and high-quality services to ensure operational readiness, occupant safety, and continuity of airport operations. A Pre-Solicitation Conference will be noticed and held to provide more details and address questions. Hope to see you there.
