The Hancock County Board of Commissioners requests ¿Statements of Qualifications¿ from professional engineering design firms to provide preliminary engineering, surveying, design, permitting, bidding and construction phase services for the County¿s upcoming water system expansion and improvement program. The program initially includes expansion and improvements to the water distribution system, interconnections with adjacent system and a booster pumping station. The required format and details for submitting the RFQ may be obtained at the County¿s website at www.hancockcountyga.gov. Qualification Packages must be sealed, delivered and received by the County and marked RFQ 2026-04 on the outside of the envelope. The RFQs will be received by the Hancock County Board Of Commissioners at 12530 Broad Street, Sparta, Georgia 31087 until 4:00 P.M. EST on Friday May 8, 2026. Any proposal received after that time and date will not be considered.
