Tender summary

The Georgia Department of Defense (GADOD) seeks additional Architectural/ Engineering Services for the design of various institutional facilities on an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract for a period of one year, beginning 01JUL 2026, with four additional optional years. Projects will be located throughout the State of Georgia for various institutional facilities. A/E Services will include calculations, cost estimates, designs, drawings and specifications of suitable quality and completeness for bidding by contractors. Supervision of construction may be included in the services. The estimated construction costs of projects will range from $10,000 to $10,000,000. Architecture/Engineering firms meeting the requirements described by this announcement are invited to submit a completed Standard Form 330 no later than 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, 5 May 2026.
