At that time, the proposals shall be publicly opened and read. THE WORK TO BE DONE consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment to base two railroad crossings, which includes graded aggregate base, concrete, traffic control, striping, and all other appurtenances necessary to complete the project in accordance with the specifications and construction drawings. . Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting for this project will be held at 2:00 PM, local time, Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at the Downtown Moultrie Welcome Center, 31 East Central Ave. Plans, Specifications, and Documents can be obtained from the City Engineering Dept., located at 200 1st N.E., Moultrie, GA, (229) 668-0030, email: melissa.reed@moultriega.com, for One Hundred dollars ($100.00) for each set of documents.
