Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a single qualified supplier per category that will provide Offender Communications Services as further specified in this eRFP. TGM TECHNICAL HELP IS AVAILABLE. Team Georgia Marketplace is the official repository for accessing, reviewing and responding to the State solicitations including this RFP.
