Version 3 - Updated Performance Bond requirements in eRFQ, Updated Cost Worksheet, Uploaded Supplier Q&A Version 2 - Updated question response date to 4/15/2026 and EXTENDED BID DEADLINE Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued to select up to eight (8) contractors to provide professional environmental response services for Hazardous Sites in the State of Georgia. Services under the resulting contracts will be executed through the issuance of individual task orders. Task orders will be assigned based on the Offeror's expertise, specific qualifications, and prior experience relevant to the scope of work, or on a general-rotation or best-value basis for tasks that do not require specialized expertise. Prospective bidders must be registered in TEAM GEORGIA MARKETPLACE to view the complete RFQ and attachments and submit a bid. All bids must be submitted electronically through TEAM GEORGIA MARKETPLACE. Please read the eRFQ Instructions for help in navigating through the system, preparing your bid, and downloading and uploading attachments. You must select the VIEW/ADD COMMENTS AND ATTACHMENTS link to view the attachments. To open attachments, hold down the control key and click on the icon beside the attachment.
