Αντικείμενο του έργου είναι η προμήθεια web based – cloud based λογισμικού καθώς και η παροχή υπηρεσιών εγκατάστασης και μεταφοράς δεδομένων σε υποδομές νέφους, παραμετροποίησης σύμφωνα με εξειδικευμένες ανάγκες και διαδικασίες του Δήμου, εκπαίδευσης του προσωπικού καθώς και η συντήρηση και τεχνική υποστήριξή του. Η διάρκεια της σύμβασης θα είναι σαράντα οκτώ (48) μήνες. Το χρονοδιάγραμμα προβλέπει περίοδο 6 μηνών για την εγκατάσταση και θέση σε λειτουργία του νέου συστήματος και 42 μήνες περίοδο υποστήριξης της παραγωγικής λειτουργίας.
