Parks Canada Agency (PCA) is undertaking this project to address asset condition deficiencies, restore structural and operational performance, and ensure the corridor continues to support Parks Canada operations, visitor access, emergency services, and third-party facilities. The project will involve construction activities along approximately 5.4km of roadway extending from the Town of Banff Boundary to Banff Avenue, including but not limited to asphalt milling and removals, asphalt concrete paving (~1.5km), culvert installations, repairs & cleanout, ditching, spillway installation, and minor base course installation. Safety enhancements such as pavement markings will also be implemented. TWO STAGE SELECTION PROCESS This posting is the Stage Two of a two-stage solicitation process: the first stage was to evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers.
