Tender summary
<p>Be advised that the following changes were made:</p> <p>1. Attachment 1 was corrected. Session based services were added to the base year.</p> <p>2. H.15 was added.</p> <p></p> <p>This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.</p> <p>Solicitation number 15BFA024R00000030 is issued as a Request for proposal (RFP) for Comprehensive Medical Services.</p> <p>This acquisition<strong> <em>is not</em> </strong>set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.</p> <p>(ii) Please see Section B in the attached solicitation for details regarding Line-Items.</p> <p>(iii) No brand name requirements for the items are to be acquired.</p> <p>(iv) Services rendered will be provided at FCI Sheridan located in Sheridan, Oregon. The date and times will be determined after award.
