<p><u><strong>AMENDMENT 01</strong></u></p> <p>Amendment 01, as attached, removes the requirement for the vendor to price supplies on the Schedule of Items.</p> <p><u><strong>PROJECT TITLE & INTENT OF SERVICES</strong></u></p> <p>Janitorial Services, Avery Office and Engine Bay</p> <p>The USDA Forest Service (USFS) is contracting for janitorial services for a potential 5-year period of performance. The contract type is firm-fixed-price (FFP) and will be awarded to one vendor.
