<p><strong>4/22/26- Updated to add attachment for questions and answers.</strong></p> <p>This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.202, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.</p> <p>The requirement is for the cleaning and sanitization of Sanitary Tank #2, with an option for Tank #1 and Tank #3, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW).</p> <ul> <li> <p><strong>Location of Work:</strong> The services will be performed at Naval Base Point Loma (NBPL), Portsmouth Naval Shipyard-DETACHMENT, in San Diego, CA.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Period of Performance:</strong> The period of performance is from September 29, 2026, to February 28, 2027.</p> </li> </ul> <p>This is a solicitation for quotes, and the Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order. Please be advised that the submission of a quote does not constitute a legally binding contract.</p> <p><strong>Submission Instructions</strong></p> <p>All interested offerors must review the complete Request for Quote (RFQ) embedded in the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation document.
