Summary
Die Stadt Northeim beabsichtigt den Umbau der Martin-Luther-Schule. Dabei soll u. a. der Hort verlegt werden und die Mensa entsprechend ausgebaut werden. Auch soll das Gebäude barrierefrei erschlossen und die Anzahl der WC-Anlagen vergrößert werden. Die hierfür erforderlichen Planungsleistungen sollen im Rahmen des hiesigen Verhandlungsverfahren mit Teilnahmewettbewerb vergeben werden.
