Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide Janitorial Services to Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada at the Saint-Hyacinthe Research and Development Centre. Offerors must sign an attendance sheet. Canada will declare non-compliant offers from any Offerors who do not attend the mandatory site visit. Technical Evaluation (General Conditions, section 8.0): Annual Cleaning Schedule - Provide Annual Cleaning Schedule, as described in Part A, Section 4.0 of the Annex Statement of Work.
