This amount will be returned to all bidders whose offers are rejected. If the winning bidder withdraws his/her offer, the deposited amount will not be refunded. Offers submitted without a deposit slip from the bank will not be considered; Offers submitted without a bank receipt for the payment of the guaranteed fee will not be considered; The highest offered fare will win the auction; The UNDP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the offers without a reason; Sold vehicle is not refundable or exchangeable; The transfer of equipment will be carried out only after the full auction price has been paid; Payment and receipt of vehicle must be made within 5 working days from the announcement date of the winner’s name; UNDP is not responsible for the repair or any other maintenance of the sold vehicles.
