<p>The Alaska Army National Guard (AKARNG) requires a complete, turn-key postage metering and reporting system. The system must provide the capabilities to weigh mail, print postage, and generate detailed reports. The preferred reporting system will be a web-based format that aggregates all required information, including the weight of outgoing mail in pounds and ounces, the number of outgoing pieces, and monthly totals of postage costs.</p> <p>Device relocation may be required during the life of the contract as determined necessary by the Government.
