The Contractor shall verify all conditions during performance. 1.2 Performance Work Statement (PWS) Clarification All required inspections and testing under this contract shall be performed on an annual basis, regardless of minimum regulatory frequency requirements. 1.3 Proposal Preparation Clarification Offerors shall base pricing on annual performance of all required testing and inspection services. 2.
