Furniture Requirement

Summary

<p>This is a new requirement to procure office furniture and install it across three rooms on Schriever Space Force Base. Important details listed below, but please see the Solicitation Document for <u><strong>FULL </strong></u>instructions and details.&nbsp;</p> <p><u><strong>Site Visit</strong></u>: 8 April 2026 at 9:00 AM MT. You must notify <u><strong>BOTH </strong></u>the listed points of contact on this solicitation no later than 7 April 2026 at 10:00 AM MT that you or a representative of your company will be attending and/or need access to base.&nbsp;</p> <p><u><strong>RFIs/Questions</strong></u>: Due no later than 13 April 2026 by 10:00 AM MT.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><u>Solicitation Quotes</u></strong>: Due no later than 20 April 2026 by 10:00 AM MT.&nbsp;</p> <p><u><strong>Nonmanufacturer Rule</strong></u>: The manufacturer the vendor resells/deals the product for, the vendor shall provide the manufacturer&#39;s company name and manufacturer&#39;s UEI/CAGE code. Failure to meet the nonmanufacturer rule may result in the vendor being deemed ineligible for contract award. (Page 19, point f).&nbsp;</p> <p><em>The contractor must be a small business. The manufacturer, if one is utilized, must also be a small business</em>.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Please refer to page 18-22 for instructions on what your quotes should contain. Refer to page 21 for basis of awrd and how quotes will be evaluated.&nbsp;</strong><strong>Additionally, refer to all provided attachments within this solicitation.&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><u><strong>Amendment 0001 - Provide an updated Statement of Work with incorrect verbiage removed from it. Old verbiage spoke to the Office Workplace Furniture (OWF), which is not being utilized within this requirement.&nbsp;</strong></u></p> <p><u><strong>Amendment 0002 - Provide a quote due date extension by 7 calendar days due to the delay in RFI response. New Due Date is 27 April 2026 at 10:00 AM MT.&nbsp;</strong></u></p> <p><u><strong>Amendment 0003 - Provide a quote due date extension by 9 calendar days due to the delay in RFI response.
