<p>The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.<br /> <br /> The purpose of this fixed price contract is to obtain Conference Space and Event Services for U.S. Government at Libreville for a US Embassy Libreville guests. The Contractor shall provide availability of rooms during the named period.&nbsp; The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.<br /> <br /> All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database<br /> SAM.gov | Home prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
