Statement of Work (SOW) Summary</p> <p>The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum (USHMM) requires a contractor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment for the testing and maintenance of facility generators. Full SOW is an attachment.</p> <p>3. Proposal Submittals (Instructions to Offerors)</p> <p>To be considered for award, offerors must submit the following:</p> <ul> <li>Technical Approach: A detailed description of your approach to a successful testing and maintenance plan.</li> <li>Experience &amp; Past Performance: References for 3 to 5 contracts of similar size and nature performed within the last ten (10) years. <em>Note: Failure to provide these references will result in a non-responsive proposal.</em></li> <li>Financial Proposal: Pricing for quarterly maintenance and load testing per generator. Include a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) spreadsheet with: <ul> <li>Repair Hourly Rates (Normal and After-Hours).</li> <li>Percentage Markup for cost-on-repair components.</li> <li>Material Mark-up.</li> <li>Evaluation &amp; Award Factors</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p>The USHMM will make a single award to the responsible Offeror whose offer is determined to be the Best Value to the Government.
