<p>This pre-solicitation notice is being issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 5.203 to satisfy the requirement to issue a 15-day public notification prior to the issuance of solicitation (HC102126R0001) for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Network Services &ndash; AFRICOM CENTCOM EUCOM (NS-ACE) requirement.</p> <p>This DISA pre-solicitation notice is issued solely for informational and planning purposes. This is NOT a Request for Proposal, Request for Quote, or Invitation for Bid. It does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government. Responses received in response to this pre-solicitation notice are not offers and will not be accepted. A formal Request for Proposal will be issued on or about 8 May 2026, and will remain open for 30 to 45 calendar days.
