The intent is for Waikato Waters to commence the transition of those services across to Waikato Waters starting with Billing and related Customer Management capability. We are looking for a supplier to provide a greenfield Billing and Customer Management (BCM) solution and related services, including solution establishment and ongoing services to Waikato Waters in readiness for operational go-live of Waikato Waters customer billing prior to 1 July 2027 (BCM Day One) with future implementation of broader customer management capabilities over time. Waikato Waters is looking for suppliers to propose an approach to being production ready on the billing and related customer management solution being procured under this ROI prior to BCM Day One. This will allow time to stabilise the solutions prior to BCM Day One. In doing so we require suppliers to outline their expected implementation approach, timeline and any risks to that implementation that Waikato Waters should consider. If the supplier does not believe BCM Day One is achievable, please outline what is achievable in terms of: - Minimum scope achievable by BCM Day One; or - A later BCM Day One and deliverable scope.
