The PSC code is J046.</p> <p><strong>REQUIREMENT:<br /> &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </strong>Reverse Osmosis Maintenance Service Contract, Base Year plus 4 Year Option Year.<br /> &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong>The Contractor shall provide all management, labor, transportation, tools, supplies, and &nbsp;equipment necessary to provide maintenance and testing of the reverse osmosis water purification system at the Iowa City VA Healthcare System, 601 Hwy 6 West, Iowa City, Iowa 52246.
