<p><strong>SRD Vault Pumping Services</strong></p> <p>his is a non-personal services contract for vault pumping services for the Forest Service, Sitka Ranger District (SRD), Tongass National Forest (TNF), Southeast Alaska. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the Government.</p> <p><strong>Purpose:&nbsp;</strong>The purpose of this contract is to ensure that vaults and septic equipment located in the Sitka Ranger District remain safe, sanitary, and fully operational throughout the open season; comply with all applicable Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements; and support the continuous, reliable, and sanitary operation of all units.</p> <p><strong>Description of Services:&nbsp;</strong>The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, and all other items and non‑personal services necessary to provide vault pumping services at multiple sites within the Sitka Ranger District. Services include, but are not limited to, pumping, sewage disposal, cleaning, and backfilling to ensure all units remain safe, sanitary, and operational.&nbsp;All services shall be performed in accordance with (IAW) this Performance Work Statement (PWS) and all applicable local, state, and federal standards, laws, and regulations.</p> <p><strong>Place of Performance:&nbsp;</strong>The work shall be performed in Sitka, Southeast Alaska.</p> <p><strong>Period of Performance:&nbsp;</strong>The period of performance shall be for 1 Base Period of 12-months and 4 Option Periods of 12-months each.</p> <p><strong>Amendment 0001:&nbsp;</strong>This solicitation has been amended to extend the response due date to Thursday, April 16,&nbsp;2026, at 1:00 PM (AK Time), providing offerors additional time to prepare and submit their offers.</p> <p><strong>Amendment 0002:</strong>&nbsp;This solicitation has been amended to extend the response due date to Monday, April 20, 2026; address offeror questions; and revise the PWS.</p> <p><strong>Amendment 0003:</strong>&nbsp;This solicitation has been amended to extend the response due date to Monday, April 27,&nbsp;2026, at 1:00 PM (AK Time); change the ordering period from a 5-year term to a 3-year term;&nbsp;and revise the PWS (Attachment 1) and the Schedule of Items and Price Sheet (Attachment 2).</p>
