Capability statements must address how the respondent will achieve the following:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Form-Fit-Function (FFF) Replacement:</strong> Delivery of a solution that serves as a drop-in replacement for the original unit (P/N: 2216901-005) without requiring modifications to the existing test station chassis or connections.</li> <li><strong>Full System Integration:</strong> Seamless integration of the new subassembly with all existing VXI-IAIS hardware and software, sustaining 100% of the original testing capability.</li> <li><strong>Configuration Management Compliance:</strong> Delivery of the solution in a manner that adheres to all USAF configuration and data management requirements to guarantee long-term supportability.</li> </ul> <p></p> <p><strong>4.
