Summary
<p>DoDEA requires 100% digital teacher resources, formative assessments, and related professional learning aligned with the national standards. Teacher resources shall include strategies that promote rigorous instruction, address potential challenges, and differentiate instruction. The formative assessments shall provide data on which to tailor instruction. The professional learning shall increase teacher knowledge which is expected to improve instruction, which, in turn, is expected to improve student learning/achievement. </p> <p>**Questions or concerns regarding this requirement may be submitted to the POC via e-mail no later than <strong>Friday, April 3, 2026, at 12:00PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) </strong>with the subject line, "Questions To Solicitation Number HE125426QE027".</p> <p>-----------------------------------------</p> <p><strong>Amendment 0001 – Updated Questions and Concerns Period and Solicitation Closing Date</strong></p> <p>The Government hereby provides the following updates to the solicitation schedule:</p> <ul> <li> <p><strong>The Questions and Concerns submission period is extended to Friday, April 17, 2026, at 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).</strong> Questions or concerns shall continue to be submitted to the Point of Contact via e‑mail with the subject line, <em>“Questions to Solicitation Number HE125426OE027.”</em></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>The solicitation closing date is extended to Thursday, April 30, 2026.</strong></p> </li> </ul> <p><em>All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.</em></p> <p>-----------------------------------------</p> <p><strong>Amendment 0002 – Questions and Answers </strong></p> <p>The Government has issued <strong>Amendment 0002</strong> to the solicitation to incorporate <strong>Attachment 10 – Questions and Answers (Q&A)</strong>.</p> <p>This amendment provides the Government’s responses to vendor questions submitted in accordance with the solicitation. Vendors are responsible for reviewing Attachment 10 in its entirety prior to submitting a quote.</p> <p><em>All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.</em></p>
