There is a Technical Data Package (TDP) associated with this procurement. The TDP is distribution code "D",<br /> which limits access to U.S. Government agencies and its contractors. Please refer to Section C of the RFQ for<br /> additional information.</p> <p>3. Military preservation, packing, and marking are required and shall be accomplished in accordance with Section D<br /> of the RFQ, all applicable requirements of MIL-STD-2073-1, and the Special Packaging Instruction (SPI).</p> <p>4. The RFQ contains provisions/clauses that require you, the offeror, to complete fill-ins and/or representations.<br /> Please review and complete all such items. Otherwise, your offer may be determined ineligible for award.</p> <p>7. TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD: Please submit one signed copy of your offer, in accordance with Section A of the<br /> RFQ, no later than Wednesday, 20-May-2026 at 4:30 p.m. local time (Warren, MI). All offers submitted in response to the<br /> RFQ shall be valid for a minimum of 90 calendar days following the offer due date.</p> <p>8.
