The USDA also requests quotes for disassembling and removing the existing bale press at the Memphis Classing Office located at the following address: <strong>Cotton and Tobacco Program Cotton Division, 3275 Appling Rd Memphis, TN 38133.&nbsp; </strong></p> <p><strong>Vendors may participate in a pre-quote conference, (virtual) on Friday, February 6, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. CST.
