The solicitation will be issued as; 100% TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE using commercial and simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.5.\n\n\n\nThe resultant award will be a firm fixed-price supply contract for FOB Destination delivery to:\n\nPUGET SOUND NAVAL SHIPYARD IMF (N4523A)\n\nMAINT FAC REC OFFICER BLDG 514\n\n1400 FARRAGUT AVE\n\nBREMERTON, WA 98314-5001\n\nUnited States\n\n\n\n\n\nDelivery is required/requested on or before: FEB 23RD 2026\n\nALL QUESTIONS REGARDING THE SOLICITATION AND SUBMISSIONS SHALL BE SUBMITTED VIA EMAIL TO: vera.anderson@dla.mil\n\n\n\nOffers wishing to submit a quote are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments.  \n\n\n\tOnly fully completed quotes submitted with completed and signed solicitation will be considered. Any offer, modification, revision, or  withdrawal of an offer received after the time specified for receipt of offers is considered late.\n\tFailure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments and return the entire completed RFQ solicitation package prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render vendor offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same. \n\n\n\n\n\n\nIN ORDER TO BE DEEMED RESPONSIVE, THE SOLICITATION MUST BE COMPLETED IN ITS ENTIRETY, AND MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING (All responsible sources interested in submitting offers must): \n\n\n\n\n\tFill out the solicitation for a completed quote.\n\tFill out box 17A, Read box 28 and sign page 1 boxes 30 a, b, and c.\n\tProvide your CAGE CODE and FACILITY CAGE CODE\n\tProvide your company size: SMALL or LARGE Business\n\tIs the material you are providing Commercial Item?\n\tIs the material Commercial-of-the-Shelf item?\n\tAnnotate the LEAD TIME and/or delivery date\n\tComplete the pricing for each CLIN listed\n\tPlease quote prices as FOB Destination Bremerton, WA \n\tAnnotate the name and cage code of the manufacture\n\tProvide the products country of manufacturing\n\tProvide the part number (P/N) each CLIN listed.\n\tProvide the manufacture’s specification sheets of the quoted item. The copied and pasted one is not accepted. \n\tProvide the redacted quote and email from the manufacturer/distributor for the quote you received. \n\tComplete all representations and certifications found in the solicitation. \n\tReturn all pages of the completed original solicitation package. \n\tEnsure current registration in the system for award management (SAM.gov). \n\n\n\n\nIn order to be considered for award, IF the contractor (awardee) is required to implement NIST SP 800-171, the contractor (awardee) shall have a current assessment as detailed in DFARS 252.204-7019 {I.E., not more than 3 years old unless a lesser time is specified in the solicitation)\n\n**Items deemed to be Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) are exempt from NIST SP 800-171 requirement.
