Tender summary

<p>The MAARNG has a requirement for the lease/rental of portable latrines with hand sanitation and necessary cleaning services, as well as, a Grey Water Tank and its necessary pump-out services at Fort Drum, NY. All items, as listed in this PWS, are required to support proper hygiene and environmental considerations for all military training exercises conducted during Annual Training.</p> <p>IMPORTANT: All quoters must read and adhere to the detailed instructions provided in the &quot;Addendum to 52.212-1 - Instructions to Offerors&quot; contained within the solicitationpackage. This addendum provides specific requirements for quote preparation, content, and submission that are essential for aquote to be considered for award.</p> <p>Submission and Award Information<br /> Quote Submission: All quotes must be submitted via email to both Marc Kerrigan and Melissa Melcher at the email addresses listed above.</p> <p>Quote Deadline: The closing date and time are specified in Block 8 of the attached SF1449. Late submissions will not be evaluated.</p> <p>Question Deadline: All questions must be submitted via email to both contacts no later than five (5) business days prior to the closing date.</p> <p>Basis for Award</p> <p>The Government intends to award a single, firm-fixed-price contract. The award will be made to the responsible quoter submitting the lowest total price for all CLINs, whose quote conforms to all solicitation requirements.<br /> <br /> The Government will evaluate quotes by first ranking all quotes by price and demonstrated past performance. It will then evaluate the lowest-priced quote for technical acceptability. If the lowest-priced quote is technically acceptable and submitted by a responsible quoter, an award will be made without evaluating other quotes.Past Performance must be demonstrated by providing previous award numbers with the quote.&nbsp;</p> <p>Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site for any amendments to the solicitation. All interested and responsible small businesses shall submit a quote,which shall be considered by the agency.
