<p>This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in RFO 12.202(b), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the <strong><u>only</u></strong> solicitation; a proposal is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.</p> <p>The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01.</p> <p>This acquisition is issued as an <u><strong>Other Than Full and Open Competition</strong></u>. </p> <p>The Air Force Sustainment Center's Enterprise/Specialized Contracting Branch (AFSC/PZIEC) at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the AFAS Technical Support Services. </p>
